Cancellation Policy
– Changes to the tour date or itinerary are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
– Cancellation up to 21 days before the tour: 100% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation between 21 and 10 days before the tour: 50% refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation less than 10 days before the tour: no refund of the deposit.
– Cancellation less than 4 days before the tour: the remaining balance becomes payable.

For tours requiring advance purchase of entrance tickets (such as the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, the Louvre, the Opéra Garnier, or the Moulin Rouge), the cost of any non-refundable tickets already purchased will be deducted from the applicable refund.

Any interruption of the tour at the client’s request during the experience does not entitle the client to any refund.
